Pre-Purchase Inspection Level 1

Photograph areas of concern. Exterior inspection of roof, Sidewall and End Caps. Test slide out rooms and inspect seals, sweeps, gaskets, and toppers if equipped. Inspect interior walls and floors. Inspection of tires. Record all serial and model numbers.

Pre-Purchase Inspection Level 2

Includes all items from Level 1. Test and inspect appliances. Including Air Conditioner, Range, Microwave, Water heater, refrigerator, and Furnace. Check safety systems including but not limited to smoke alarm, LP gas detector, fire extinguisher, emergency exit windows. Visually inspect LP hoses, tanks, pressure regulators for damage. Verify operation of leveling system.

Pre-Purchase Inspection Level 2 - Premium Package

$459.00

Includes all items from Level 1. Test and inspect appliances. Check safety systems including but not limited to smoke alarm, LP gas detector, fire extinguisher, emergency exit windows. Visually inspect LP hoses, tanks, pressure regulators for damage.

Test and inspect electrical system. Including AC/DC operation, GFCI, polarity, AC power cable and batteries if equipped. Check water lines for leaks, city water connection, test water pump operation, test all faucets.

Pre-Purchase Inspection Level 3

Includes all items from Level 1 & 2. Start and operate generator, check oil level. Visually check engine (class A, B, C) for leaks, oil level, belts, and hoses.

Pre-Purchase Inspection Test Drive

If available. Preform a test drive on a class A, B, or C motorhome.
